This is my “art student well-versed in post modern art history” look. I wore this look to see the Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibition at AGO and I felt so fresh and so clean clean. Very into baggy pants right now. It all began with the purchase of mom jeans but now I’ve moved on to these perfectly tailored peg leg trousers by Topshop. If you are also tired of skinny jeans/jeggings and boyfriend jeans are too casual/hobo for you, loose trousers can be your best friend.
I will probably move on to culottes next…if you have any recommendations, please comment below!
P.S. If I’m not blogging I’m on instagram or tumblr so feel free to creep me on there <_<
It looks like a winter wonderland out there. Literally took off my down coat for 30 seconds to shoot this in -20°C weather. This Gap turtleneck sweater has been getting me through the hard times. Also it’s on sale so I probably need to buy them in all the colours. Jk kinda. Please give me all the baggy oversized xs but looks like xxl sweaters. Also fleece-lined tights from Ardene was one of my top discoveries of 2014 courtesy of my lovely roomie, Aru. I don’t know how I survived winter without them before. One of my top discoveries of 2015 so far is this website. I love cats.
You know that feeling when you are just browsing a random store, and there’s an amazing deal that you just can’t pass up? Yeah, that happened to me at every store I went to. When I went back home a couple of weeks ago, my friend and I decided to go thrifting. After 20 minutes of rummaging through the wracks, I stumbled upon this 100% leather “made in Britain” cross body purse. It was everything I wanted and for a measly $4, I snatched it right up.
One of my favourite new items is the crisp white crop top from Garage. I love the unique crossover cut of the top which can be paired with every high waisted bottom ever. It’s still on sale for $6 on the website so ch-ch-check it out.
And Forever 21 had a buy one get one on their sale items, so who can resist that?
