Still loving all-white looks this summer. It’s perfect for days where you can’t bother to think about co-ordinating your top and bottom because you can just throw on everything anything white.

While scouring the library for an adequate study space (note: one with an outlet) the other day, I got a nostalgic vibe from walking down the aisles and aisles of books. It reminded me of the cult high school tv show, Freaks and Geeks. I binge watched the first season of it on Netflix a couple of months ago… how else does one watch tv shows on Netflix? Then realized that the show was cancelled after one season. *Crying emoji*. It is actually the perfect mix of funny/serious and so relatable to anyone who is trying to figure out school/life/themselves.

In other news, I finally found the perfect basic white tee from the Gap. The requirements of a perfect white tee include thin(but not see-through) fabric and fabric that drapes nicely, but mainly I just want a loose fit tee that doesn’t look like a tunic dress on me. #shortpplprobz. I also snagged this plaid button-up shirt while at the Gap since it looks like something someone’s dad would wear in the 80s. (jk sorta)

If you have any 80s/90s/00s tv recommendations, let me know because I’m still depressed over Freaks and Geeks ending.

Hurray for dslr cameras. And finally not taking awkward iPhone ootd pics at home. A shapeless, baggy muscle tee: tie a marbleized shirt around it. Solution to all problems: tie a shirt around it. Feeling very grungy in my favourite muscle tee from the best concert of life via !!Grimes!! last year. The show was at Lee’s Palace, a smaller venue, which I prefer. The worst is going to a huge stadium and being 39228889 meters away from the artist. Some people think her vocals aren’t very good live, but I personally don’t expect/want a live show to be the same as listening to a produced record, I go for the atmosphere and experience. In any case, she’s awesome and I ❤ her. Her tumblr is cool too.

You know that feeling when you are just browsing a random store, and there’s an amazing deal that you just can’t pass up? Yeah, that happened to me at every store I went to. When I went back home a couple of weeks ago, my friend and I decided to go thrifting. After 20 minutes of rummaging through the wracks, I stumbled upon this 100% leather “made in Britain” cross body purse. It was everything I wanted and for a measly $4, I snatched it right up.

One of my favourite new items is the crisp white crop top from Garage. I love the unique crossover cut of the top which can be paired with every high waisted bottom ever. It’s still on sale for $6 on the website so ch-ch-check it out.

And Forever 21 had a buy one get one on their sale items, so who can resist that?
